Today I got to do my sister and her fiance's engagement photos. We decided to go to Watson's Mill in Manotick - somewhere none of us had ever been. Despite some construction, the scenery was still beautiful and they looked so cute!!

They won't let me take the wedding photos ~ apparently I have to be in the wedding party :) But, I was so honoured to have been asked to do these!! Makes me excited for the big day.

I want to thank all of the wonderful families that took part in the fall mini sessions yesterday. We got some amazing shots and it was a great way to spend a beautiful morning! My friend A is an incredible artist who was looking to update her website with some new "head shots". She was looking for more than the traditional cookie-cutter type of head shots but instead wanted a series of images that showed her creative side. Willing to try pretty much anything, I think we nailed them.  There were so many awesome shots I could barely choose!!

I have been fortunate enough to photograph the M family countless times but this is the first time we have done a fall shoot. Mom has been dying for fall photos forever and I was so happy we made the time this year to get them done!! 

This family honestly loves to have their pictures taken ~ making sure to have something to really remember each passing memory. It's fortunate also that their two beautiful boys are always willing to go along for the ride. They end up with such gorgeous photos thanks to the serious cuteness factor :)
